With the annual Crane Conference, the specialist institutes of the universities of Magdeburg, Bochum and Dresden recognize the great importance of cranes for the design of material flows. The Crane Conference is an established, specialized event that provides information on research results and new developments on all problems relating to cranes from a university and practical perspective. The Institute of Technical Logistics and Work Systems at the Technical University of Dresden is responsible for the organization and scientific supervision of the 32nd Crane Conference, which is being held under the motto “Cranes in the age of the energy transition”.
